Ask a new question. I'm having an issue with Dolby Atmos for Headphones and I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experience. TLDR: Help correcting issue. Worked with bluetooth headphones once as expected after install but hasn't functioned since. The issue involves use with bluetooth headphones. When changing audio eq in Settings tab of Dolby Access App the changes are not affecting any audio quality changes. When using headphones or external speakers connected through 3.

One weird thing is that when the add-on was first installed some time ago it worked as expected affecting a change in audio quality, but after a system reboot the behavior is not as expected and I've been dealing with this issue since. I've tried reinstalling both DAfH add-on and Dolby Access App multiple times with and without system restart step, but the problem persists. Any advice on how to correct this issue is very appreciated.

Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. I ran the troubleshooter as you suggested.

This did not correct the issue. The thing that bugs me is that it worked with bluetooth headphones when I first installed the add-on after purchase from MS store. Let me add that there was a change in the appearance of the Dolby Access app after first installing the Dolby Atmos for Headphones addon.

After Dolby Atmos for Headphones addon install appearance changed. The picture below was pulled from youtube as an example and closely resembles what I saw loaded. Buttons to enable selected settings available. The additional buttons set audio config after changing settings in app and functioned while using bluetooth headphones. As described before, after a reboot the app no longer affected bluetooth audio and the additional buttons disappeared.

App appearance reverted to the original as seen in first pic. Could this somehow be related to OEM specific settings Lenovo baked in? Are there registry entries that could be changed? We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. If resetting the app did not help, then we suggest to contact your device manufacturer for further hardware troubleshooting on the device.
